in little white lies or cover-ups.
7.
Watch out
for silent lies.
8.
When you
catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse.

Talk to
yourself. Ask yourself, ‘How do I really feel about this?” What’s the best
thing to do? How can I keep my commitment to myself?”
10. Treat
yourself when you tell the truth even when it’s hard to do.
CHOOSE
THE RIGHT!!!
